i simplistic , design of of microsoft blogs. alas, can't join microsoft dev party , create own development blog on blogs.msdn.com page because don't work @ microsoft, , have own wordpress blog.

absolutely, since infringed copyright. on other hand, it's debatable whether stylesheet alone constitues sufficient threshold of originality justify legal actions1. @ least, taking without asking considered rude. ;-)
