user interface - GUI Design: How do you do it? -

do draw windows before constructing them? use?

i've tried pencil plugin ff. i've tried ms visio. i've tried paper & pencil. i've tried designer vista. etc. etc. etc.

i'm leaning toward paper & pencil, you; what's preference?
