i want know why python not object-oriented. example, not support private, public, protected access level modifiers.

what advantages , disadvantages of this? these expressions, python suitable applications (desktop, scientific, web or other)?

python doesn't support strong encapsulation, 1 of many features associated term "object-oriented".
