embedded - What is the best .NET Micro Framework dev board, for under US$300? -

i'm looking relativity cheap .net micro framework development board use on personal robotics project. i'd don't need i/o, want @ least 1 serial port , 1 ethernet port.

i prefer not have spend more us$300 on board, if there obvious reason better 1 i'm flexible.

currently i'm looking @ this device sjj embedded micro solutions. has had experience device?

here 2 different boards have been researching. both of these around $100.00 , meant hobbyist. neither of these boards has ethernet on board, relatively easy add adding external ethernet module
